NOW PAST THE SIX-MONTH MARK, it feels like so much has happened since arriving. There have been many up’s and downs but the bottom line is that God is always proven so faithful.

Part of our job description is to assist with church planting efforts among the Dominican communities on some of the surrounding islands. In this regard, we were invited to be part of a team from the mother church in Antigua to visit, evangelize, and hold revival services at two of their
church plants. Another similar trip to a third church-plant is being planned for early next year.

PAWI Leadership in Prayer As you may know, we are working among 2 communities here: the Spanish speaking Dominican immigrant community (pop. over 15,000) and the English speaking fellowship we’re partnering with – the Pentecostal Assemblies of the West Indies. So in addition to working with the Spanish folks we’re also currently being processed for credentials with PAWI, and getting around to their 14 churches on the island. So, we are still very much in the relationship-building stage of our missionary experience here in the Leeward islands of the West Indies.

Christina participated with her school in Antigua’s celebration of their 29th anniversary of independence.
